Uhmmmm, that photo.
Circa December 2005 or so, I would guess. We were at a Dallas law firm Christmas party and our connect was through our mutual friend Andrew Baron of ROCKETBOOM fame. An hour after that photo was snapped, I do believe I was dancing onstage with Mary Wilson 
of the hot little band once known as THE SUPREMES. Somewhere, someone has a photo of me doing my best Tina Turner dance impersonation....
